Our office is situated in Flat Number 39 of the SFS Flats, specifically in Pocket 3, Sector 12 of Dwarka Phase I. It is a residential complex, which makes for a bit of a different working environment than a typical commercial building. The flat has been converted into an office space where we handle various tasks for the airline. We have desks set up in what used to be the living room and bedrooms. It is a bit cramped with all the filing cabinets and computer equipment we have crammed in there. Most of our day is spent dealing with internal paperwork and coordination. Since it is a residential area, it is relatively quiet compared to the rest of New Delhi, which we appreciate. You can hear the birds in the trees outside during the morning. We don't get many visitors here because most of our work is done over the phone or through the system. Sometimes a neighbor will pop by to ask a question. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and eat our lunch. The lift in the building works most of the time, but we usually just take the stairs. It is a very low-key operation at this location. We don't have any big flashy signs or a lobby. It’s just a flat where a few of us come to work every day. We’ve been here for a good while and it suits us fine.
