Jet Airways (I) Pvt Ltd

We are located at 113 Rama Apartments in Sector 11 of Dwarka. Our office is at Plot No. 2, and this is where Jet Airways (I) Pvt Ltd handles a lot of the local administrative work for the New Delhi area. Since it is a regular apartment building, it doesn't really feel like a typical airline office you might find at the airport. We deal with all sorts of paperwork and coordination tasks from here. Dwarka is a large residential neighborhood, so it is actually a pretty convenient place for the staff to work out of. We have our desks and computers set up and we spend the day managing flight schedules or dealing with customer queries that come in through the system. It is not always a smooth process, especially when there are delays or changes that we have to account for, but we just try to keep things moving as best as we can. The office itself is quite plain and functional, with folders and files piled up on the desks. Sometimes it can feel a bit small when everyone is in the office at the same time, but we make it work. We don't spend much time using fancy language or acting corporate; we just focus on the logistics of the job. People often call us up to ask about tickets or other things, and we just give them the information we have at hand without making things sound too complicated or official.
