Jet Airways I Ltd.

Our office is tucked away in the F Block of Vikas Puri, right inside Arunodaya Apartment. It is a quiet residential area compared to the main roads of Delhi. We have been here for a while now, sitting at our desks and handling all the paperwork that comes with running an airline business. There are stacks of files everywhere and the phones never really stop ringing. Most of our morning is spent answering questions about tickets or schedules. The light in the office is a bit dim in the corners, but we have our tea and get through the day. Sometimes the neighbors walk by and peek in while we are typing away on the old computers. It is not like a big shiny airport terminal here; it is just a regular room with people working hard. We deal with a lot of emails and trying to sort out problems that pop up in the system. The walk from the main gate to the apartment can be a bit dusty when it hasn't rained in a while. We keep a fan going because it gets stuffy with all the machines running. We are just a small team trying to keep things organized in this part of 110018. It is a lot of routine stuff, checking numbers and making sure the names are spelled right on the forms. Every day is pretty much the same. We just focus on the computer screen and wait for the clock to hit five.
