Jet Airways (I) Ltd.

Our office for Jet Airways (I) Ltd. is over at New Gh-6/72 in the White Apartment complex, which is in Meera Bagh, Paschim Vihar. It’s a bit different working out of an apartment building compared to a regular office park. You have the neighbors coming and going, and the general feel of a residential area in New Delhi. The address is a bit specific, so sometimes people get lost trying to find the right block or the right gate. Inside, we’ve set things up to handle all the paperwork and coordination that comes with the airline business. It is usually pretty quiet, except for the sound of keyboards clicking and the occasional plane overhead reminding us of the work we do. We don’t have a big lobby or a flashy sign out front. It is mostly just desks, files, and some people trying to keep everything organized. Meera Bagh is a decent place to be, and the White Apartment building is a familiar sight for all of us now. We come in, do our shifts, and deal with whatever problems pop up with the flight schedules or the ground staff. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. We aren't trying to be something we're not; we're just an office team making sure the administrative side of things doesn't fall apart. It is a regular job with regular people, and we just try to get through the day's tasks so we can beat the Delhi traffic on the way home in the evening.
