Jet Airways (I) Ltd

This particular office is tucked away in the DDA Flats in Janakpuri, specifically at D1C / 21B. It’s a bit unusual for an airline like Jet Airways (I) Ltd to have a spot in a residential area like this, but it’s where we do a lot of our administrative work. It doesn't look like an airport terminal at all. It’s just a regular flat that’s been turned into a workspace with desks, printers, and a lot of ringing phones. We handle various parts of the operations from here, mostly things that people don't see when they are actually flying. The Janakpuri area is quite lived-in, so there’s always the sound of kids playing or street vendors outside while we are trying to coordinate flight schedules or deal with paperwork. We don't have any polished corporate brochures lying around here. Most of the time, we are just dressed in casual clothes trying to finish our tasks for the day. It gets pretty cramped when everyone is in the office at once, but we make it work. It’s a practical setup for the staff who live nearby. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch; we are just the ones behind the scenes making sure things are moving as they should. Sometimes the printers jam or the air conditioning struggles in the summer, but that’s just part of working in a New Delhi flat. It is a bit disorganized but we get things done.
