You can find our office at C-4 in the Jangpura Extension area. We are on the ground floor, which is quite convenient since we do not have to deal with many stairs. Jangpura is an older part of Delhi with a lot of character and narrow lanes. Working for a name like Jet Airways means there is always paperwork to handle. Even though it is a big name, this specific office feels more like a local branch. We deal with various bits of logistics and ticketing issues that come up. The ground floor space is mostly filled with desks and cabinets for all the files we keep. It is not a very flashy place, just a functional area where we spend our eight hours a day. We see a few people coming in with questions about their flights or baggage, and we do what we can to help them out. The neighborhood is fairly quiet during the day, which helps us stay focused on the tasks. We usually have tea delivered from the stall around the corner twice a day. It is a regular job with regular people. We do not try to make things complicated for the folks who visit. We just sit here, go through the system, and make sure the details are entered correctly. It is a steady pace most of the time, and we like the familiarity of the routine and the people we work with every day.
