If you go to 8/5 in West Patel Nagar and head up to the third floor, that is where you will find our team. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of exercise every day, which keeps us awake. We are part of the big machine that keeps planes in the air, but our world is mostly desks and keyboards. We spend a lot of time looking at booking systems and making sure all the numbers match up. It can get pretty loud in the office when everyone is on their headsets at the same time. West Patel Nagar is a busy area, so there is always something happening outside our windows too. We handle a lot of the regional stuff from here. It is hard work and the hours can be long, especially when there are changes in the flight schedules that we have to communicate. We do not really do the polished corporate talk. We are just a group of people who know how the travel industry works and we try to keep things running as smoothly as possible. There are always piles of paper on our desks and a half-empty box of biscuits somewhere. We just focus on getting the day's tasks finished so we can go home and do it all again tomorrow. It is a practical life, and we are fine with that. No big fuss, just work.
