Jet Airways (I) Ltd

We are located over at 132 Vikas Kunj in the Vikas Puri area of New Delhi. It is a pretty normal spot, and we have been operating here for some time now. Jet Airways (I) Ltd is a name most people recognize, but inside this office, it is just a bunch of us working through paperwork and helping people with their travel plans. The phones ring quite a bit, especially when there are changes to flight schedules or people are trying to figure out their baggage limits. We spend a lot of our day looking at screens and talking to travelers who just want to get from one city to another without a fuss. It is not always glamorous like you see in the movies about flying. Most of the time it is just practical stuff like fixing a spelling error on a ticket or checking if a flight is on time. Vikas Puri is a busy neighborhood, so there is always noise outside, but we stay focused on the tasks at hand. We don't have a big fancy lobby here, just some desks and chairs for when people come in to ask questions. We try to be helpful because we know travel can be stressful for a lot of families. It is just a regular office doing regular work every day. Sometimes things get hectic, but we manage to get through the pile of work on our desks by the end of the evening.
