We operate out of 30-A in the Vijay Mandal Enclave here in New Delhi. It's a residential-feeling area but we have our setup right there in the middle of things near the 110016 area code. The office is pretty straightforward. We deal with all the stuff that comes with flying, like tickets and schedules and making sure everything is lined up. It’s not a shiny airport terminal, just a regular office where we handle the day-to-day business side of things. There’s usually a lot of talk about flight times and gate changes around the water cooler. We’ve been at this Vijay Mandal location for a good while. The rooms are filled with desks and people trying to keep track of where everything is going. New Delhi is always moving fast, and we try to keep up with that pace from our little corner. It’s a lot of coordination and looking at screens for hours. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. It’s just us working through the piles of work that come in every morning. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing, and other times we have a moment to catch our breath. We just focus on getting the details right for anyone who is traveling. It's a humble place, but it works for what we need to do every day. Most of us have been here long enough that the place feels like a second home now.
