Our place is located at F 194 on Street Number 3 in Pandav Nagar. It's in the Delhi 91 area, which is a bit of a maze if you don't know your way around. We’ve been here for a while, working on air travel and logistics. It’s not the most glamorous work, but it’s steady. We handle a lot of phone calls and paperwork related to flights. The office is small and filled with files and old maps. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the desks get covered in notes and tickets that need to be sorted. Pandav Nagar is a tight-knit community, and we know the other shop owners on our street. We see the same people walking their dogs or heading to work every morning. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit for the generator to kick in, but we just pick up where we left off. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights. If you're looking for us, you just have to find the right number on the street. We focus on getting the bookings right and making sure people get where they need to go. It’s a lot of checking dates and flight numbers over and over. We don't mind the routine. It keeps us busy and the days go by pretty fast. We’re just a small team doing our part in the travel business, one ticket at a time.
