Jeewnmala Hospital

Jeewnmala Hospital has been on New Rohtak Road in New Delhi for quite a long time. If you’ve ever driven down this road, you know how hectic it gets with all the cars and people moving around. We are right in the middle of it. The building itself shows its age a bit, but it’s sturdy. We have doctors and nurses coming in at all hours because the city never really sleeps. It’s not a shiny private clinic like the ones in the malls. It’s a busy hospital where things are always happening. The floors are worn down from all the walking, and there’s always a bit of noise from the street outside. We try to keep the wait times down, but sometimes it’s hard when many people show up at once. Everyone here works long shifts. We see all kinds of people from different parts of Delhi and even from outside the city. The staff knows the neighborhood well. We don't have those fancy automated voices on the phone; usually, it’s just one of us answering when we can. We deal with real problems every day. It’s a lot of hard work and not much glamour. We just focus on getting people seen and making sure they get what they need. New Rohtak Road is a tough place to be, but we’ve made our home here. It’s just how things are in this part of town.
