Our office is number 48 on Shajanand Marg, right on G. B. Road. If you've been around this part of town, you know it's the heart of the tool trade. We have been here for years, selling machine tools and parts. The shop is filled with heavy metal bits and the smell of grease. It’s not the cleanest place, but we know where every single nut and bolt is kept. We get all sorts of people coming in—factory owners, hobbyists, guys looking to fix an old tractor. We don't do much talk. We just listen to what’s broken or what they’re trying to build and find the tool for it. Shajanand Marg is always loud with the sound of trucks and people shouting, but inside the shop, it’s just us and the inventory. We don't have a polished catalog. Usually, we just show people what we have on the shelves. Sometimes we have to order things in, but mostly we keep a good stock. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to be the place where you can actually find the tool you need without a lot of fuss. It’s a bit of an old-school way of doing business, but it works for us. We close up around seven, usually tired but satisfied with the day's work. It's a good way to earn a living on G.B. Road.
