At Jayprakash Associate Ltd., we work out of A 295 in Shyam Enclave. It’s a part of New Delhi that feels a bit more like a neighborhood than a business district. We have been here for a good amount of time. Our daily routine involves a lot of coordination and managing various projects. The office isn't very big, so we all sit pretty close to each other. It makes it easier to shout across the room when we need an answer on something. We don't go in for fancy decor or big corporate logos on everything. It’s just a place with desks, computers, and a lot of paper stacked up. Shyam Enclave is a busy spot but once you are inside the office, it is mostly just the sound of typing and people talking on their mobiles. We handle a variety of tasks that keep the business moving. There are days when it feels like we have too much to do, but we just take it one file at a time. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We just want to make sure the work is finished by the end of the day. It’s a practical environment where everyone knows their role. We have some tea in the afternoon and keep pushing through until it's time to head home. It is a simple life and we are happy with how things are running right now in Delhi.
