Jaypee Sidhartha

You can find us at C-32 in B.K Dutta Colony. It’s a pretty settled area in New Delhi. We’ve been operating Jaypee Sidhartha from this spot, and it’s mostly just us keeping up with the daily tasks. The building is older, but it serves the purpose. Most days start early with a list of things that didn't get finished yesterday. We deal with a lot of different people coming in and out. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we know where everything is kept. The colony itself is usually busy, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If the door is open, you just walk in and find one of us. We spend a lot of time checking details and making sure things aren't slipping through the cracks. It gets hot in the summer, and the fans never seem fast enough, but we get used to it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big setup. We just want to get the job done and go home on time. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait around, which gives us time to talk about things other than work. It’s a simple way of doing things. We don't use fancy software for everything. A lot of it is still pen and paper or just remembering what someone told us. It’s just how we run things here.
