Jaypee Palace Hotel& Convention Center Agra

Our office is at H.N-138 in Rithala, which is in the Delhi-85 area. Even though the name mentions the Jaypee Palace Hotel and Convention Center in Agra, this specific spot in Rithala is where we handle a lot of the back-end stuff or local inquiries. It's a regular house number, not a big hotel building here in Rithala. The street is usually pretty quiet compared to the main roads. We have a desk set up and some filing cabinets for all the guest records and convention schedules. It’s a lot of data entry and phone calls to coordinate things between here and the actual venue sites. Sometimes people get confused by the address and expect a huge lobby, but it’s just a practical work space. We spend the day checking bookings and making sure the paperwork for the conventions is in order. There’s a small chai shop nearby where we usually grab lunch. The office is a bit cramped because of all the files, but it’s where the work gets done. We've been at this Rithala location for a few years now. It’s easy to get to if you know the V.P.O. area well. We don't have a big staff here, just a few people keeping track of the schedules. It’s simple and it works for what we need to do daily. It isn't a place with many luxuries, just a spot to handle business and keep things moving for the Agra site.
