Jaypee Hotels

Our office is located at 38/4 in East Patel Nagar. If you've ever been to this part of New Delhi, you know it's a tight-knit community with lots of shops and houses close together. We have a few different phone lines, like 011-43662644 or the mobile ones ending in 1796, because we’re constantly taking calls and making arrangements. The space we work in is quite basic. It’s not the big hotel building itself, but rather an administrative spot where we handle the behind-the-scenes stuff for Jaypee Hotels. People are always coming and going, and the phones seem to ring at all hours. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, and that’s usually where everyone gathers for a few minutes to catch their breath. The desks are covered in notebooks and printouts. When we have a big event coming up, it can get a bit chaotic, but we usually manage to keep things under control. We aren't into the whole fancy office culture. Instead, we just wear our regular clothes and focus on the bookings and guest requirements. Sometimes the street outside is so loud we have to close the windows, even when it’s boiling hot. It’s just a normal, hardworking environment where everyone knows what they need to do. We’ve been in Patel Nagar for quite some time now, so we feel right at home here.
