We are located at 4/4 Pal House in Vibhav Nagar. It’s a residential area in Agra, so it’s usually pretty quiet compared to the parts of the city where all the tourists go. Being in Uttar Pradesh, the summers are incredibly hot, so we spend a lot of our day just trying to stay cool inside Pal House. The office isn't anything like the big hotels people think of; it's just a regular building where we handle the back-end stuff for Jaypee Group Of Hotels. We have a few rooms filled with desks and old filing cabinets. Most of our work involves staying on top of the phone calls and the mail that comes through. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive furniture. It’s just a place to work. We’ve got a small area for making tea and that’s where most of the office gossip happens. Sometimes the power goes out, and we all just sit around waiting for it to come back on so we can finish our typing. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of environment. People in Vibhav Nagar know us as the quiet neighbors who are always at their desks. We don't have a big mission or a polished pitch. We just show up every morning, unlock the door at Pal House, and get through the pile of work that’s waiting for us until it's time to head home.
