Jaypee Green Ltd

We are out here in Village Saini, near P.O. Baidpura in G.B. Nagar. It’s a bit out of the way compared to the main city areas. Jaypee Green Ltd has been operating from this side of U.P. for a while now. The roads are a bit rough, especially when it rains, so getting to the office can be an adventure sometimes. We spend a lot of time looking at land and talking to people about construction. It’s very quiet compared to Delhi, which is nice in its own way. You can see the fields from our windows. We have a small office setup here. It’s mostly just us and a few local guys who help out. We don't have a big corporate lobby. It’s more like a place where we sit down with a cup of chai and look over site plans. People from the village know us well. We’ve seen the landscape change as more projects start up around here. It’s slow work, but it keeps us busy. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out or use the generator. It’s not a perfect office, but it’s where we do our business. We’ve grown attached to this spot over the years. It feels like home even when the work is stressful. We just keep moving forward with whatever we have. It is just the way things go in this part of G.B. Nagar.
