You can find our office on the third floor over in Pandav Nagar, Delhi. It’s a very busy and crowded area, as most places in Delhi are these days. We’ve been here for a long time, helping people figure out their travel plans. Whether it’s a simple bus ticket or a longer trip across the country, we spend our time looking at maps and checking the booking systems. The stairs up to the third floor can be a bit of a climb if you’re not used to them. We have a small office space filled with old brochures and calendars. It’s a bit cramped with all the furniture, but we make it work. Most days involve a lot of phone calls. People want to know about prices or the best way to get to another city without spending too much. We just give them the honest facts as we see them. Sometimes the trains are all full or the flight prices go up suddenly, and we have to break the bad news. It’s just part of the job. We know the local area well, and many of our customers are neighbors from around Pandav Nagar. We don't have a big corporate team, just a couple of us who know how the travel business works. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep the paperwork from getting too messy. It’s a practical business. We aren’t trying to be anything fancy. We just help people get where they need to go.
