If you’re looking for us, we are located at H-No-A22 on Street Number 3 in Laxmi Vihar. It’s near the Kakrola Moad in Uttam Nagar. It might seem like an unusual spot for a name like Japan Airlines, but this is where we do our local work. The office is basically part of the residential area, so it’s got a very homey feel to it. You won't find any big glass walls or shiny elevators here. We just have a few rooms set up with desks and some computers. Most of the time, we’re dealing with the logistics of travel and making sure all the details for international trips are sorted out correctly. The street outside is usually full of kids playing or people going about their daily shopping. It’s a very grounded place to work. We don't spend money on fancy signs; we just focus on the computer screens and the paperwork that comes across our desks. Sometimes we have to explain the address to people because Street No-3 can be a bit hidden, but we’ve been here long enough that most locals know the house. We keep things simple and try to be as helpful as possible without all the formal talk. Working in Uttam Nagar means we are close to the metro and the busy markets, which keeps things interesting. It’s just a small team of us here, doing what we need to do to keep things running.
