Japan Airlines

Japan Airlines operates from B2A/96 in Janak Puri. This is a busy part of Delhi, and our office is right in the middle of the B2A block. It is a standard office setup with some desks, a few chairs for people who come in, and a lot of files. Janak Puri is a large area, so being at 96 makes it easy for locals to find us when they have questions about their flights or travel documents. We spend most of our time on the phone or typing away at the keyboards. It isn't a massive corporate headquarters, just a functional space where the work of Japan Airlines gets done. The street outside can get pretty crowded during the middle of the day, especially with all the cars parked along the sides. We have a small sign so people don't miss the entrance at B2A/96. Usually, it is just two or three of us in here handling the paperwork. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the schedule. There are no big speeches about what we do. We just help people get their tickets and answer the phone when it rings. It is a straightforward job in a straightforward office. Janak Puri is a good place to be because there is always something happening outside. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
