Jam Cinema U/O Shipra Hotels Ltd runs things out of 606, Arawali Apartment in Kaushambhi. It is a bit of a climb up to the apartment, but we have our setup there in Ghaziabad. We handle a mix of things, mostly to do with the cinema side and some hotel stuff too. Working from an apartment building is different than a big corporate tower. You see your neighbors and know the guards at the gate. We have desks squeezed into the rooms and sometimes it feels more like a home than an office. Ghaziabad is always moving fast, and Kaushambhi is right in the middle of it all. We spend our mornings checking on the screenings and making sure the hotel side has what it needs. There is always a lot of back and forth between the two. It is not always smooth sailing, and we have had our share of tech issues or missed calls. We just deal with them as they come. The view from Arawali Apartment is alright, though we mostly look at our screens. We are just a small team trying to keep the entertainment and hospitality parts of the business running without too much trouble. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the staff knows where to be. We stay pretty quiet and just get the work done day after day. It is a steady job and we like the neighborhood.
