You can find us over at B-524 in Brij Vihar, Gaziabad. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s a bit quieter than being in the middle of Delhi. We work on holiday stuff here. People come in to talk about where they want to go or to pick up papers they need for their trips. The office is basically a room with some desks and a couple of chairs for visitors. It isn't a flashy place with big posters everywhere, just a simple setup where we can talk to people properly. We’ve been in Brij Vihar for a good bit now. Most people who stop by are locals from the UP side or people who’ve heard about us from their friends. We don’t really use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help with travel plans and passes. There’s usually some tea or coffee on the go, and we spend a lot of time on the phone checking things. The street outside is pretty normal, with kids playing or neighbors walking by in the evenings. It feels more like a home than a stiff business office. We like that people feel comfortable just walking in to ask a question. We don't have a big sign or anything, just our name on the door. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy enough. We keep things simple and honest because that’s what people around here expect from us.
