Jagson Airlines

We’ve been running Jagson Airlines out of our spot in New Delhi for a while now. Puneet Kaushal is the name on the door here. We're over in the 110029 area, which keeps us pretty busy most days of the week. People ask what it's like running an airline from Haryana, and honestly, it’s a lot of paperwork and making sure things stay on schedule. We aren't a massive corporate giant with fancy glass offices. It’s just us here in the city, doing what needs to get done to keep things moving. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually grab a tea. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We stay put because this is where we know people and where our mail gets sent. It's not always glamorous work, despite what people think about planes. Most of the time it’s just looking at logs and talking to folks who need to get from one place to another. We try to keep it simple. If you’re looking for us, we’re right there in New Delhi. It's easy to find if you know the streets. We don't spend much time on fancy websites or big ads, we just focus on the daily tasks. That's pretty much how it goes around here. We’re just a local team trying to keep the wheels turning and making sure the basic stuff gets handled right every morning.
