Our office is located in B 20, right in Gali No. 09. It’s one of those narrow streets in Delhi where everyone knows everyone else. Jagdamba Tour Trek has been operating from this spot for a good while. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to drivers and checking on trek routes. The walls are covered with a few old maps and some calendars from years ago that we never took down. It’s a small space, so things can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We usually have some chai brewing in the corner. People stop by to ask about trips or just to say hello while they’re passing through the lane. 110093 is a lively area, and there's always something happening right outside our door. Sometimes we have to move the bikes out of the way just to let people inside. It’s not a corporate building by any means. We just have a couple of desks and some chairs for guests. We do a lot of our planning on paper first before putting it into the computer. It’s a messy process sometimes but it works for us. We know the routes well because we’ve been doing this for years. It’s just a normal day-to-day life here, making sure people get to where they want to go without too much trouble. We close the shutters late in the evening when the work is finally done.
