We are situated in Anand Parbat, specifically at 9/98-A-1-B in Gali No 9. It’s a busy part of the industrial area where everyone is always in a hurry. Our place is mostly filled with boxes and parts waiting to be shipped out. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists to make sure everything is where it should be. It’s not a very fancy setup, just a desk, a few chairs, and a lot of storage space. The lane outside is narrow, so when a delivery comes, everything else has to stop to let the van through. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change, but the work stays pretty much the same. Sometimes the orders come in all at once and we have to scramble to get them packed, while other days are a bit quieter and we catch up on cleaning. We drink a lot of chai from the guy who walks around with a kettle. It’s a practical way to run a business, and we don't feel the need for anything more than what we have. The paperwork can be a bit of a mess sometimes, but we eventually find what we're looking for. It’s just us doing what we know how to do in this small corner of Anand Parbat, trying to keep things moving as best as we can without too much fuss.
