Naiwala is the heart of the motorcycle market, so the whole street is usually packed with bikes, mechanics, and parts sellers. Our place is right in the thick of it. We spend our days surrounded by helmets of all shapes and sizes. The shop smells a bit like plastic and foam, which is something you just get used to after the first week. It’s not a polished retail store; it’s a place where we do business, move stock, and talk to dealers. There’s always someone coming in to ask about prices or to check out a new design. The shelves go all the way to the ceiling, and sometimes we have to use a shaky ladder to get things down. It’s a busy, dusty, and loud environment, but that’s Karol Bagh for you. We don't have any fancy brochures or a marketing team. We just know helmets and we know this market. Most of our work is done over the phone or with people standing right there in the shop.
