This office is actually located in New Delhi, despite the name. We are over in Mayur Vihar Phase-II. The address is 11C in Pocket-F. The zip code is 110091. It is a nice enough part of East Delhi. Mayur Vihar is mostly known for being a residential hub, so it is a lot of apartment blocks and small parks. Our spot in Pocket-F is quite easy to get to once you enter the phase. It is just a standard office setup in a quiet corner. We do a lot of the back-end coordination from here. It is not a grand hotel lobby with marble floors; it is just a place with desks and people working on their laptops. We have some tea and talk about the day’s tasks. Sometimes we have to explain to people that yes, we are in Delhi, even if we are linked to the Kolkata side of things. It can be a bit confusing for new delivery drivers who just see the name. The office feels lived-in. There are calendars on the walls and folders stacked up on the side tables. We do not really have many visitors, so it is mostly just the staff here doing their thing. It is a steady environment. We show up, deal with the emails and the calls, and go home. It is a practical way to manage the business without needing a massive skyscraper. We just handle things as they come.
