Itc operates out of B-1302 in the Amrapali Apartments, which is in Sector - 3 of Vaishali, Ghaziabad. Being in an apartment building makes it feel a bit more like a home than a stiff office. We are up on a higher floor, so we get a view of the area, but we’re usually too busy to look out the window. Most of the work involves a lot of typing and phone calls. We don’t have a receptionist in a suit or any of that corporate stuff. If you call, one of us will just pick up the phone and talk to you. Vaishali is a good spot to be in because it's close to everything in U.P. but not as crazy as other parts of the city. We’ve got our computers set up and a few chairs that have seen better days, but it works for what we need. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We just have tasks to finish and we try to get them done before the sun goes down. Sometimes the internet goes out and we have to take a break, which is usually when we get some food from the local shops downstairs. It’s a simple life at the office, just people working through lists and helping where we can.
