We are set up here in Dwarka, which is a pretty spread-out area if you know this part of Delhi. Most of us get here quite early because the traffic can be a bit much once the sun comes up properly. The office is just a regular place where we get through the day. There are a lot of desks and a few small rooms where we sit and talk about things that need to be done. It’s not fancy or anything, just a workspace where things happen. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow and we just wait it out or grab a cup of tea from the small shop nearby. We have been in this spot for a while now and everyone knows the routine. Most people who work here live close by so they walk or take a rickshaw. It’s mostly just about getting the work finished so we can go home. We don’t really do big meetings or anything like that unless it’s actually necessary. Most of the time it’s just quiet clicking on keyboards and people talking on their phones. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint but it doesn’t really get in the way of what we do. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks as they come. It’s a simple operation and we like it that way because it’s easy to manage. We don't have a lot of rules about what people wear as long as the work gets done correctly.
