We are set up on the first floor of a building in DLF Phase 3. The address is U-4/9 and 10. Being part of the Itc - Welcom Group. out here in Gurgaon is quite a task. This part of Haryana is always under construction or busy with traffic, so getting to the office can be a bit of a headache. Once you’re inside, though, it’s just a normal workplace. We’ve got computers, some filing cabinets that don’t always close right, and a water cooler that makes a weird noise. It’s not like the fancy hotels we represent; this is where the behind-the-scenes stuff happens. We spend our time checking bookings and talking to vendors. Sometimes the AC struggles when it gets really hot outside, so we use small desk fans. We aren't a big team, but we've been working together long enough that we know each other's habits. I usually bring my own tiffin for lunch. There’s a tea stall downstairs where we go for a break in the afternoon. It’s a lot of typing and phone calls. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just try to get the numbers right and make sure everything is sorted for the next day. It’s basic, honest work in a busy city. Most evenings we're just ready to head home and beat the rush.
