We are situated at House Number 1065/33 in New Delhi. It’s a specific location where we manage our day-to-day hospitality operations. We aren't about big flashy advertisements or corporate speeches. Our focus is really just on the building and the people who stay in it. We have a lot of rooms to keep track of, and that means a lot of cleaning, fixing things, and making sure the kitchen is stocked. Every morning starts with a list of things that need to be done. We check the linens, we make sure the bathrooms are spotless, and we see if any guests need help with their bags. The neighborhood around 1065/33 is a typical Delhi scene, full of life and a bit of noise. We try to make our place feel like a bit of a break from all that. We have a small staff and we’ve mostly been working together for years. We know each other’s habits and how to get things done without having to talk about it too much. We don't use fancy mission statements. We just want to make sure the beds are comfortable and the food is good. It’s a lot of physical work and sometimes we are quite tired by the end of the shift. But we like what we do. We’ve been here at this address for a long time and we know how to run things properly for the guests.
