We are tucked away on Street Number 10 in Vaudev Nagar, in the Pratap Nagar area of Delhi. The address is 48-Pratap Nagar. This is not one of those massive skyscrapers. It is a more grounded place. We have rooms and we look after the people who stay. It is a mix of people coming through. Some are here for work, some are visiting family. It is not about being the fanciest place in India, it is just about providing a spot for people to stay in this part of Delhi. We do our work and go home. The keys hang on a wooden board behind the counter. Most of the furniture is made of heavy dark wood that has been here for years. We keep a ledger on the desk to track who is coming and going. It is a steady way to spend the day. We have a small lobby with a fan.
