Itc Limited

Malviya Nagar is a busy part of New Delhi. We've been at 9/118 for a while now. Some days the traffic is just too much. Inside, it's just us doing the daily tasks for Itc Limited. It's not a massive glass building, just a regular spot. We keep the fans running. People come in with questions. We try to answer as best we can. Sometimes we run out of tea in the afternoon. The neighborhood has changed over the years, but this building stays pretty much the same. You see the same faces walking by. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. It's mostly just desks and paper. We spend a lot of time on the phones. It gets dusty, but that's Delhi for you. We just keep at it day after day. It's a job, you know? We know the local tea stall guy well. He knows our orders. Malviya Nagar 110017 is where we are stuck for most of the daylight hours. It’s a lot of work but we manage to get through the pile on the desk. There’s a certain rhythm to the place. You get used to the noise from the street. It’s just how it is here. Sometimes the internet is slow and we just have to wait it out. We don't have fancy titles, just people getting things done.
