Our office is situated at C 1/359 in the Scottish Villas, which is in Palam Vihar, Gurgaon. It is a nice area, a bit away from the main chaos of the city center but still very much part of the Gurgaon vibe. The villas here have a specific look to them, and being at C 1/359 means we have a bit more space than a typical office block would give us. We handle stuff for Itc Limited from this location, mostly focusing on the things that need a bit more quiet and attention. It is a gated area, so it feels quite secure and organized. We spend our mornings getting through the pile of tasks that always seem to be waiting for us. The rooms are bright, and we have set them up with just the basics—desks, chairs, and some filing cabinets. There is no big corporate lobby or a receptionist at the front; we just answer the door ourselves if someone knocks. Palam Vihar is a good place to be because it is easy to get to, but it still feels like a neighborhood. We take our lunches nearby or sometimes just order in if we are really busy. It is a steady kind of life here. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do; we just show up every morning and make sure everything is handled correctly. The guards at the Scottish Villas are quite helpful when people are looking for our unit. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the background while we sort through the paperwork.
