We've been over here in Dwarka for a while now. Most people know the name, but behind the big building, it’s just a bunch of us trying to keep things running right every day. Working in Delhi means things are always busy, especially in this part of town. We spend a lot of time making sure the rooms are tidy and the food is hot when it needs to be. It's a lot of coordination between the kitchen and the front desk. Sometimes the lobby gets a bit crowded when a big group comes in, but we just handle it one person at a time. We aren't trying to do anything fancy or over the top, just keeping the lights on and the guests comfortable. Some of our staff have been here since the doors opened, and they know the regulars by name. It feels like its own little neighborhood inside the hotel walls. We deal with the usual Delhi heat and the traffic outside, but once you step inside, it's just about getting the job done. We don't spend much time talking about big goals or anything like that. We just show up, check the schedules, and make sure the floors are clean. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do. If you happen to be passing through this corner of Delhi, you’ll see us around, probably carrying bags or checking the kitchen supplies. It's just a regular day for all of us here.
