Itc Group (International Travel House)

Our office is located at B-2/85 in Ashok Vihar Phase II. It is a busy part of Delhi, and we are right in the middle of all that activity. We are part of the International Travel House under the ITC Group name. Mostly, we spend our days helping people sort out their travel plans, whether it is for their jobs or just a family holiday. The phones ring quite a bit and there is usually a stack of passports or tickets on the desk that need someone to look at them. It is not a huge, gleaming corporate tower with glass walls. It is a local office where we know the people who walk in the door. Ashok Vihar has its own pace, and we fit right into that. We deal with everything from car rentals to hotel stays. Sometimes things get complicated with flight delays or visa issues, and we have to spend hours on the phone trying to fix it for a client. It is not always easy, but we try to be practical about how we handle things. We do not use a lot of big words or make fancy promises we cannot keep. We just look at the schedule, find the seats, and get the paperwork finished. The office gets a bit cluttered with all the brochures and files, but we know where everything is kept. It is a steady job in a familiar neighborhood. We have been here long enough that we see the same faces coming back. It is just about being there when someone needs help.
