We are over here at Itc Fortune Hotels Ltd, based right in Khirki Village. If you know the Malviya Nagar area, you probably know how busy these streets get. Our spot is at House Number 1/8 on the ground floor, and it is where Mr. Shubhash Chauhan looks after things. It is not some fancy high-rise office building you might expect when you hear the name. It is just a regular ground floor space where we get the work done every day. We have been in this part of New Delhi for a while now. The neighborhood has its own rhythm, with people walking by and the local shops opening up early. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside, but that is just how life is in this part of the city. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff here. It is a practical setup with desks and files everywhere. People sometimes find it a bit tricky to locate us the first time because the lanes in Khirki Village can be a bit like a maze. But once you find the ground floor of 1/8, you are in the right place. We just focus on our tasks and make sure everything is moving along as it should. It is a small team here, and we all know each other pretty well. We don't really do the big corporate talk, we just talk to people plainly and try to keep things organized without making it too complicated for anyone.
