Itc Fortune, Gurgaon

We’ve been here at Raj Nagar-II in Palam Colony for a while now. It is a bit of a crowded spot, RZ 275M to be exact, but we make it work. Most people know us as Itc Fortune, though we’re really just a bunch of folks doing our jobs in this part of New Delhi. It gets busy during the day with all the traffic outside, and sometimes the noise from the street comes right in. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like those big corporate offices you see in the movies. It’s just a practical space where we handle things. The address can be a bit tricky to find if you aren’t from around here, as these lanes in Palam Colony all start looking the same after a few turns. We’ve had people call us up confused about which turn to take. If you hit the main market, you’ve probably gone too far. We’ve kept the place simple because that’s how we like it. There’s no big sign or flashing lights. It’s mostly just us sitting at our desks, talking to people and getting through the pile of work. Some days are slow, others we can barely find time to grab a tea from the stall downstairs. It’s a real place with real problems like a leaky tap or slow internet sometimes, but we keep showing up. That's basically the gist of who we are over here.
