Italian Restaurant

Our restaurant is located at Y_67 in Sector-12, Noida. It is a pretty simple setup with a kitchen that always feels a bit too small when we are busy. We spend most of our hours back there boiling pasta, tossing dough, and chopping up fresh vegetables. The smell of garlic and olive oil is pretty much stuck in the walls by now. We don't have any of that fancy decor you see in the expensive places in the malls. We just have some solid tables, chairs, and a menu of things we know how to cook well. Most of our customers are just people from the neighborhood who stop in for a quick lunch or a quiet dinner. Sometimes the kitchen gets really hectic when three or four orders come in at once, and you might hear us shouting a bit to stay on top of things. We try to keep the place clean, but flour has a way of getting everywhere no matter how much you sweep. We have been here in Gautam Budh Nagar for a while and we have a few regulars who come in every week. We aren't trying to win any awards; we just want to serve a hot plate of food that tastes good. It is hard work and the hours are long, but we are used to the routine of it.
