It Was Ebookers

We are based in Dwarka, specifically at Green Valley Apartment in Sector-22. Our space is at E-202, which is part of Plot-18. It is a residential building, so it doesn't feel like a cold office at all. It feels like a home because, well, it is one. We go by It Was Ebookers now. Being in a flat means we don't have a big sign out front or a fancy lobby. We just have our computers, some comfortable chairs, and a lot of coffee. Most of our work is done online or over the phone anyway, so we don't need a storefront on the main road. The neighborhood is quite peaceful with a lot of trees around the apartment complex. Sometimes the security guard at the gate asks where people are going, but it’s a friendly place. We handle travel bookings and help people figure out their flights. It can get stressful when someone's plans change last minute, but we just sit here and work through the lists until it’s sorted. We aren't a massive call center. It’s just a handful of us making sure things work out for the people who book through us. The kitchen is right there, so we often cook our own lunch and eat together. It is a simple way to run a business without all the extra noise of a commercial district. We like the quiet life here in Dwarka.
