Ista Hotel

This hotel is located on the ground floor of house 352 in Sector 5, Vaishali. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to find us and get their bags inside without any trouble. It is a basic setup in a residential part of Ghaziabad. We have been operating here for some time now. The rooms are simple and have the things you need for a night or two. We do not have a big team of workers. It is mostly just a few of us who take care of everything from the check-ins to the cleaning. If a light needs fixing or a room needs a scrub, we just do it ourselves. We do not have a big kitchen, but there are many places nearby where you can grab a meal. Most of our guests are people traveling for business or visiting family in the U.P. area. We keep a handwritten ledger for most of our records because it is just easier that way. The street outside is usually quiet, which is nice for the guests. We do not use any big words to describe what we do. It is just a place to stay that is kept tidy and managed by people who care about the work. We open the doors early and stay available throughout the evening. It is a honest way to make a living and we enjoy meeting the people who pass through. It is not fancy, but it is reliable for anyone needing a rest.
