Iss Integrated Facility Services Pvt. Ltd. is located at 17 Gautam Nagar. We are right behind AIIMS in New Delhi. This part of town is always crowded because of the hospital, so there is never a dull moment. We mostly deal with cleaning and keeping buildings in good shape. It’s a lot of physical work and managing schedules for different sites. Our office in Gautam Nagar is where we coordinate everything. We have teams going out to different parts of the city every morning. Sometimes it's hard to get the vans through the narrow streets around here, but we make it work. We aren't a big corporate office with glass walls; it’s more of a practical space where we store our supplies and meet to discuss the day's tasks. We deal with mops, chemicals, and repair tools all day long. The phones ring quite a bit with people asking about maintenance issues. We just try to answer everyone and get someone sent out as fast as possible. It’s a straightforward business. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just fix things and clean up messes. Being so close to AIIMS means we see a lot of the hustle and bustle of the city right outside our door. It keeps us busy and we just keep moving from one job to the next. The work is hard on the hands but we just keep at it.
