Iss Facility Services

We are located at Arun Apartment in Dilshad Colony. It is flat C-29/F-2. Most days start with opening up the place and getting some tea from the stall nearby. The office isn't very big, just a regular space in a residential building in New Delhi. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long. Sometimes the courier guy struggles to find the right floor because of how the blocks are laid out here. Being in Dilshad Colony means we are right in the middle of a very busy area. The apartment complex has been here for a while. It feels like home more than a corporate site. We sit at our desks and handle the day-to-day tasks that come our way. There are files stacked on the corner table and a few plants by the window that don't get enough light. The address 110095 is part of our daily life. When we give directions, we always mention it's near the local market. It is a simple setup for Iss Facility Services. We don’t have fancy glass walls or a big lobby. It is just a flat where we do our work. Some people have been coming here for years. The walk from the main road takes a few minutes. We mostly just focus on getting things done without making a big fuss about it. That's just how it is here in this part of Delhi. We keep the door open a crack to let some air in.
