You can find us on the third floor of Ea-378 in Maya Enclave. It's right near the Hari Nagar Clock Tower, which is a good landmark if you're getting lost. We spend our days looking at maps and booking tickets for people who want to go somewhere else for a bit. The office is usually full of brochures and bits of paper. We have a few desks squeezed in here. It’s not the biggest space, but we make it work for what we do. Usually, the phone is ringing or someone is stopping by to ask about a train or a flight. We don't have a fancy waiting room, just a couple of plastic chairs by the window. Sometimes we make tea if there's time. We’ve been in this part of New Delhi for a bit now. People around the Clock Tower know where we are. Dealing with travel can be a real headache with all the cancellations and changes, but we just sit here and click through the screens until it's sorted. It’s mostly just us working hard to figure out the best routes. Nothing too complicated, just travel stuff. If you climb the stairs to the third floor, you'll see our door. It’s usually open during the day unless the AC is running. The hallway is a bit dark, but the office has plenty of light from the street side. We try to keep things moving along every single day.
