Ish Travel

We have been operating out of Rz-113 in Vaishali Colony for quite some time now. If you are familiar with the Dabri Palam Road area in New Delhi, you know it stays busy with traffic and people moving around at all hours. Our office isn't anything fancy to look at, just a regular space where we keep a few desks and computers to handle travel bookings. Most of our day is spent looking at different flight routes or trying to figure out bus timings for people who walk in from the neighborhood. It gets a bit noisy with the street sounds coming in, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a huge staff, just a couple of us who know how the ticketing systems work. Sometimes the printer acts up right when we are in a hurry, or the tea guy is late, and that is just how a normal day goes here. People come to us when they need to visit family or have to travel for work, and we just do our best to find a seat that fits their schedule. We don't use any big slogans or anything like that. We just sit here, answer the phones, and try to make sure the paperwork for everyone's trip is sorted out properly. It is a straightforward job in a crowded part of the city, and we just keep at it every day until the shutters go down in the evening.
