Isc It Services (Bpo)

Isc It Services is a BPO company based on the second floor at 5A/73 in the W.E.A Satnagar area of Karolbagh, New Delhi. Our office is a typical workspace where you’ll find rows of desks and a lot of people wearing headsets. We handle IT services and customer support, so there’s always a constant hum of conversation and the clicking of keyboards. It’s not a fancy glass-walled office; it’s just a functional space where we get our work done. The room is usually filled with the smell of coffee because that’s what keeps us going through the long shifts. Karolbagh is a very hectic neighborhood to work in, and the commute can be a real struggle with the crowded metro and the traffic outside. We don’t have a big PR team or any corporate polish. We just focus on solving the technical problems that come our way and making sure the calls are handled properly. Our team is a mix of young and old, and we all just try to do our jobs so we can go home at the end of the day. There isn't a lot of extra stuff like game rooms or fancy lounges here. We have our computers, our phones, and a small break area where we eat our lunch. It’s a straightforward business, and we try to keep things simple and practical for everyone who works here.
