We work out of an office at 1043/D-9, Ward No-8 in Mehraulli. It is a busy part of New Delhi-110030, right near some of the old historical spots. Our team at Isango.Com spends most of the day on the phone or typing away at keyboards. We deal with tours and things for people to do when they go on vacation. It’s a lot of logistics, making sure the tickets are valid and the times are correct. Mehraulli is an interesting place to work because you see so much history every time you walk outside for a break. The office is pretty normal, with desks pushed together and a lot of paper everywhere. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. We just have a job to do, which is helping people book their activities. Sometimes the systems are slow or there is a misunderstanding with a tour operator, and we have to spend the whole afternoon sorting it out. It’s not always glamorous work, but it’s what we know how to do. We’ve been in this Ward No-8 location for a while. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. Most of our work happens online, but this is where the actual people sit and do the work. We just keep at it and try to make sure everything goes as planned for the travelers who use our site.
