Isango - Online Travel Based Company

Isango is an online travel company, but we are physically based at 19/1 B in Tilak Nagar. It is a bit of a contrast because we deal with people booking tours all over the world, but our daily view is the busy streets of New Delhi. The office is full of computers and people with headsets, which is pretty standard for an online business. We are always keeping an eye on the website and making sure the bookings go through correctly. Tilak Nagar is a lively area, and sometimes the noise from the market outside makes its way into our workspace. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of employees; we are a dedicated team working out of this building to make sure everything runs right. There are a lot of cables running across the floor and the desks are usually covered in post-it notes. We spend our days troubleshooting issues and talking to partners in different time zones. Sometimes the internet goes down and we all have to wait around, but usually, it’s a non-stop rush of emails and data. We don't have a fancy breakroom or anything, just a corner where we keep the kettle for making tea. It’s a fast-paced environment, but we’ve gotten the hang of it over the years. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand here in our Tilak Nagar office.
