Irppl (Unitech & Ial Joint Venture)

Down in Sector-12 of Noida, you can find us at R-27. This is the office for IRPPL, which is a joint venture between Unitech and IAL. It sounds like a big name, but the day-to-day reality here is quite simple. We have a regular office building that gets a lot of sun in the afternoon, making it quite warm inside. We have some air conditioners that we keep running, though they make a bit of a rattling noise. Most of us here are focused on the projects we have going on, which involves a lot of paperwork and checking on things. We don't really have a fancy philosophy. We just come to work at R-27 and try to get the tasks finished before the day ends. The neighborhood is mostly other offices and some houses, so it’s pretty calm compared to the center of the city. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and occasionally share some snacks someone brought from home. It’s not a high-pressure environment with people shouting, it’s more of a steady pace. We’ve been in Sector-12 for a good while and we know the other people working nearby. It’s a decent place to be, and we just focus on doing our work correctly and going home to our families at the end of the shift. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping things moving along as they should be.
